How can we deal with stress and anxiety when we are going through a major life challenge? How can we live with thoughts of fear, waves of anxiety and being able to function when everything crumbles?


I am sharing some insight about how I deeal with challenges. I am talking about moving, divorce, money probllems, losing your job, health crisis…


What is the basic need for humans? Do you feel safe? What are your needs?
